Refund Process
- Contact us via email (contact@bimsolcart.in) with your order number and reason.
- If approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 20 business days.
Return Shipping Costs
- Unless the item is defective or we sent wrong item, return shipping is at customer’s cost.
- For defective/wrong items, we will bear return shipping.
Restocking Fee
- (If applicable) We may deduct a restocking fee (e.g. 5–10%) from the refund amount.
Exchange Option
- We may offer exchange if the same item is in stock.
